Yes. Agency partnerships are a core part of what we do. We can work entirely behind your brand, communicate only with your team, and follow your naming, code and handover conventions. The arrangement is agreed in writing before work starts.
Yes. Figma is our preferred handoff format. We review the file before estimating, flag missing states or breakpoints early, and build to the design rather than approximating it.
Yes. We start by reviewing the current theme, plugins and hosting so we understand what we are changing. Work happens on a staging copy whenever possible, not directly on the live site.
Yes. Advanced Custom Fields, custom post types, taxonomies and bespoke PHP functionality are everyday work. Fields are structured so editors can manage content without breaking layouts.
Yes — CRMs, booking systems, payment providers, marketing tools and custom REST APIs. We confirm the API’s capabilities and limits during discovery, before committing to an estimate.
Yes. Maintenance can cover updates with backups, monitoring, fixes and small improvements. The scope is agreed per site, so you only pay for the support you actually need.
Estimates are based on a review of your designs and requirements. You receive a written scope with deliverables, milestones and a fixed or ranged price — and we tell you upfront if anything is unclear or likely to change the estimate.
A short description of the project, the designs or a link to the current site, your timeline, and any technical constraints such as hosting or required plugins. If you don’t have everything yet, we can scope it together.
Yes. We can sign your NDA, or provide our own, before you share any project details or designs.
The client does. Once the work is paid for, the full source code, files and access are handed over — no licence fees and no lock-in.
Small tasks are billed for the agreed scope, at a price confirmed in writing before work starts. Larger projects start with a 50% initial payment; the rest is invoiced per completed milestone, so payments follow visible progress.
Yes. For 30 days after launch, we fix bugs in the code we developed free of charge. The warranty covers defects in our work — not new features or changes to the agreed requirements. Those, along with content changes and issues caused by third-party plugin or hosting updates, are estimated separately.
