For agencies

A WordPress development partner your agency can rely on.

Deliver more WordPress projects without hiring a full-time developer. You keep the client relationship and the creative direction; we build your designs into robust, maintainable websites — under your brand when agreed.

01Who it’s for

Built for teams that sell websites but don’t want to hire for every build.

Design agencies

You own the creative work and the client relationship. You need someone who builds your Figma designs in WordPress faithfully, without cutting corners on details.

Marketing agencies

Campaign sites, landing pages, integrations with CRM and marketing tools, and changes to existing client websites — delivered without slowing down your team.

Studios with overflow

Your in-house developers are fully booked. Extra development capacity for busy periods, without the cost and commitment of a new hire.

02How it works

From Figma file to launched site, in five clear steps.

All communication happens by email, so every decision, estimate and piece of feedback stays documented.

  1. 01

    Send the brief

Share the Figma file, a short description of the project, required functionality and your deadline.

  2. 02

    Receive a written estimate

Scope, assumptions, milestones and price in one document you can build your own client proposal on. Open questions are flagged before work starts.

  3. 03

    Build on staging

Development happens on a staging site. You get progress updates by email and a link to review the work at every milestone.

  4. 04

    Review and refine

Your team checks the build against the design. Feedback is collected, fixed and verified within the agreed review rounds.

  5. 05

    Launch and hand over

Deployment to your or your client’s hosting, a final check in production, a short handover note and 30 days of free bug fixes.

03White-label

Your brand. Our code.

  • No contact with your client unless you ask for it
  • No Pressmith credits in the footer, code comments or admin area
  • Your naming, coding and handover conventions are followed
  • Staging and deployment on the hosting you choose
  • NDA signed before you share any project details
  • All code and files belong to the client after payment

What happens after launch?
30 days of free bug fixes after launch, then ongoing support for live client sites whenever you need it.

04Ways to work together

Start small or plan for the long term.

Single project
One website or feature with a fixed scope. A good way to test the collaboration.
Overflow capacity
Projects handed over when your team is at capacity, estimated one at a time.
Ongoing partnership
A regular development partner for new builds, changes to live client sites and maintenance.

What to send with a new project

  1. Figma designs for desktop and mobile, ideally with components and hover states
  2. A list of pages, templates and any dynamic content (blog, catalogue, team, vacancies)
  3. Required functionality: forms, integrations, multilingual content, e-commerce
  4. Hosting details, or a decision on where the site will live
  5. Your deadline and the number of review rounds you plan with your client

Don’t have everything yet? Send what you have — we’ll tell you what’s missing before estimating.

05Agency FAQ

Questions agencies ask before the first project.

More general questions are answered on the main FAQ

Will you contact our client directly?

Only if you ask us to. By default, all communication goes through your team, and your client never sees our name.

Do you sign NDAs?

Yes. An NDA can be signed before you share the brief, the designs or your client’s name.

Who owns the code?

The client. After payment, all source code and files are handed over without restrictions, ready to host, edit and extend.

Do we need to pay upfront?

No. There is no deposit — you pay for delivered work, per milestone on larger projects. This makes it easy to start with a small test project.

How do we communicate during the project?

By email, in English or Ukrainian, with replies within one business day. You get written progress updates at each milestone and a staging link to review the work, so decisions and feedback stay documented in one place.

Can you work on sites we have already built?

Yes. We start by reviewing the theme, plugins and hosting, then make changes on a staging copy. We also work with existing setups that use page builders such as Elementor, although for new builds we recommend a custom theme.

How are revisions handled?

The number of review rounds is defined in the estimate. Fixes that bring the build in line with the agreed design are always included; new features or design changes are estimated separately before any work is done.

Can you build multilingual sites or online stores?

Yes. Multilingual websites with Polylang and online stores with WooCommerce are both part of our regular work.

Have a project for your next client?

Send the brief or the Figma link. You’ll get questions or a written estimate by email — no obligation.

Or email hello@pressmith.dev. We reply within one business day.
